If your child has been playing in school band for at least a year, they can now move from their student rental horn to a performance level instrument that will help them excel throughout high school and even into college! Your student will sound even better...and your band director will thank your for it!

Why should a student step up?

  • If you are currently renting from Portman’s Music, up to 13 months of your rental payments can be applied to the purchase of a performance level instrument.
  • If you are not renting from Portman’s and you are playing a used instrument, you can trade in your old instrument towards a new performance instrument
